Tai Chi for Health
Tai Chi is an ancient and gentle Chinese exercise form. It involves slow, controlled movements to improve flexibility, muscle strength, balance and fitness.
Tai Chi for Health classes have been designed specifically for people with arthritis and/or diabetes. It was developed in 1997 by Dr. Paul Lam, with a group of tai chi and medical experts, to help manage osteoarthritis. It is easy to learn as it involves only 12 movements. Both adults and kids are welcome to learn.
