Both Introduction & Advanced Program (programs can be done together or at separate times)

Overview: 

We Are Strong Within aims to empower young people to learn strategies to minimise the effects of bullying, prejudice and discrimination. 

The program promotes healthy conflict management, where students learn to take positive action towards creating an empathetic and respectful environment in school and in later life.

Students will create an origami chatterbox, showcasing 4 powerful values: empathy, respect, resilience, and fairness.

Using the principles of martial arts, students will recognise and respect different ways of thinking and interacting. They will be encouraged to reflect upon their intercultural experiences and take responsibility for their behaviour.  

Students will receive a Certificate of Participation.
