Brewing guide

Qimen Hong Cha (Black tea) tastes the best when brewed strongly. The ratio of tea to water is about 1:50 (that is, 50ml of water for one gram of tea), and the ideal temperature of tea brewing is 90-95℃. Brewing time is 1-2 minutes. Drink slowly and enjoy. This tea can be brewed at least 3-5 times or more.

Qimen Hong Cha tea contains rich compounds, including amino acids, vitamins, proteins, tea polyphenols, polysaccharides, and other components. 祁门红茶采用清饮最能品味其隽永香气,茶和水的比例在1:50左右,泡茶的水温在90-95℃。冲泡工夫红茶时一般要选用紫砂茶具、白瓷茶具和白底红花瓷茶具。冲泡工夫红茶一般采用壶泡法,首先将茶叶按比例放入茶壶中,加水冲泡,冲泡时间在1-2分钟(每泡一次时间逐渐增加),然后按循环倒茶法将茶汤注入茶杯中并使茶汤浓度均匀一致。品饮时要细品慢饮,此工夫红茶一般可以冲泡3-5次。
