Brewing guide
The ratio of tea and water is usually 1:50 to 1:60 (that is, 50ml to 60ml of water for one gram of tea). The optimal brewing temperature of this tea is about 80 degrees Celsius. If brewed at too high of a temperature, the chlorophyll of this high-quality green tea is easily destroyed, and the tea will turn yellow.

Organic Gunpowder tea is rich in caffeine, folic acid, pantothenic acid, inositol, aromatic substances, and other compounds, and can play a role in regulating one’s metabolism. Tea polyphenols and vitamin C can reduce cholesterol, and the caffeine in the tea has the effect of strengthening the heart and promoting blood circulation.

冲泡指南
泡制饮用平水珠茶，通常茶与水比为1:50至1:60（即一克茶叶用水50ml至60ml）为宜，这样冲泡出来的茶汤浓淡适中，口感鲜醇。使用容器通常用透明度好的玻璃杯，瓷杯或茶碗冲泡。杯碗类瓷质洁白，便于存托碧绿的茶叶和茶汤。冲泡我们的珠茶的水质要好，最好选用洁净的优质矿泉水。沏茶的水温要在80度左右最为适宜。因为优质绿茶的叶绿素在过高的温度下易被破坏变黄，同时茶叶中的茶多酚类物质也会在高温下氧化也会使茶汤变黄，很多芳香物质在高温下也很快挥发散失，使茶汤失去香味并含苦涩。

珠茶中含有丰富的咖啡碱、叶酸、泛酸、肌醇、芳香类物质等多种化合物，可以起到调节身体中的脂肪代谢，茶多酚与维生素C能降低血脂与胆固醇，从而起到瘦身的功效。珠茶中含有高黄酮类物质有不同程度的额体外抗癌作用。珠茶中的咖啡碱具有强心、解痉、松弛平滑肌的功效，促进血液循环，及预防心肌梗塞等。
