Brewing guide

Qimen Hong Cha (Black tea) tastes the best when brewed strongly. The ratio of tea to water is about 1:50 (that is, 50ml of water for one gram of tea), and the ideal temperature of tea brewing is 90-95℃. Brewing time is 1-2 minutes. Drink slowly and enjoy. This tea can be brewed at least 3-5 times or more.

Qimen Hong Cha tea contains rich compounds, including amino acids, vitamins, proteins, tea polyphenols, polysaccharides, and other components.
