If it is not possible for you to bring your students on an excursion, the Chinese Museum can come to you, with our Incursion Program: The Travelling Museum.
Prices vary according to the chosen activity:
* 1 instructor per 100 students is provided. Additional instructors can be requested for students to be divided into smaller groups. This request would incur an extra charge. A surcharge applies for locations over 30kms from the museum. Bookings must be made a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.
Minimum: 100 students per activity
Maximum: 300 students in one day for 3-session incursion. Activities are run on a rotating roster.

In this workshop, students will learn about the history of Chinese fans and make their own fans from lucky red packets.
Students will hear stories about some of the most interesting Chinese inventions in history and engage in a hands-on exploration of objects.
