The Chinese Museum is in regular need of committed volunteers to assist with delivering its programming, maintaining its collection and administering its day to day operations.  Volunteers support a small team of paid staff by generously giving their time, expertise and experience.experience. In turn, volunteering at the Museum can improve one’s skills, open new networks and widen experiences, all things that will appeal to future employers.

Volunteer opportunities exist in all departments with departmental managers keen to match a volunteer’s skills, experience and desire against an available opportunity.

Ideally, Volunteers should:

- be at least 18 years old

- have good availability Monday – Friday 10am-4pm (although some volunteer assignments can be completed from home after hours)

- be motivated to help the Museum fulfil its vision and mission.
