叶底: 红褐均匀

PU ER CHA

Product region: Xishuangbanna, Lincang, Pu''er and other areas in Yunnan Province.

Dry tea leaves: Tight, neat, and brownish red strips.

Tea Liquor colour: Rich reddish brown. Top quality ones are red, thick, and transparent, while inferior ones are light or dark yellow and orange, and cloudy.

Aroma: Long and lasting, unique fragrance with "classic charm".

Taste: Strong, mellow, and smooth.

Appearance: Reddish brown.

 

普洱茶

产地: 云南省的西双版纳、临沧、普洱等地区。

干茶: 干茶色泽褐红,条索整齐紧结。

汤色: 红浓,红褐色。如汤色红浓剔透是上品;黄、橙色或浅或暗黑浑浊的为劣质。

香气: 高锐持久,香型独特,有“陈韵”。

滋味: 浓醇,爽滑。

叶底: 红褐均匀。

FU ZHUAN CHA

Product region: Jingyang County, Shaanxi Province.

Dry tea leaves: The brick surface is flat, the edges and corners are distinct, uniform in thickness, and with rich golden dots.

Tea Liquor colour: Red and bright.

Aroma: Mellow with full and strong fungus aroma.

Taste: Sweet, smooth, and refreshing.

Appearance: Dark brown with slightly hard texture.

 

茯砖茶

产地: 陕西省泾阳县。

干茶: 砖面平整,棱角分明,厚薄一致,发花普片茂盛。

汤色: 红艳明亮。

香气: 香气醇正,菌香浓郁。

滋味: 甜淳爽滑。

叶底: 黑褐均匀,质地稍硬。

QING ZHUAN CHA

Product region: Chibi region, Hubei Province.

Dry tea leaves: Rectangular greenish brown bricks.  

Tea Liquor colour: Orange red.

Aroma: Pure and fresh.

Taste: Pure and mild.

Appearance: Dark brown.

 

青砖茶

产地: 湖北省赤壁地区。

干茶: 压制而成砖条形,砖面为长方形,茶色为青褐。

汤色: 橙红。

香气: 纯正。

滋味: 醇和。

叶底: 叶暗褐。
