XIN YANG MAOJIAN

Product region: Xinyang City, Henan Province.

Dry tea leaves: Even and straight in emerald green colour. Authentic Xinyang Maojian dry tea is needle-shaped or hook-shaped.  The buds and leaves are uniform in thickness. No fresh leaves or buds are visible.

Tea Liquor colour: Bright yellow green.

Aroma: Clear and high with hints of ripe chestnut.

Taste: Deep and strong flavour with sweet aftertaste.

Appearance: Smooth and pale green.

 

信阳毛尖

产地: 河南省信阳市。

干茶: 匀整细直,色泽翠绿,正宗信阳毛尖干茶如针状或鱼钩状,芽叶粗细均匀、看不出鲜叶或鲜芽的形态。

汤色: 汤色黄绿明亮。

香气: 香气清高,有熟板栗香。

滋味: 滋味浓醇、回甘生津。

叶底: 嫩绿匀齐。

TAI PING HOU KUI

Product region: Xinming, Longmen, Sankou area in Huangshan City, Anhui Province.

Dry tea leaves: Flat and straight with two leaves holding buds, naturally stretched and covered with fine white hair.

Tea Liquor colour: Clear light green.

Aroma: Refreshing with strong orchid fragrance. Still fragrant after 3-4 infusions.

Taste: Mellow and refreshing, mellow and sweet, with a unique Hou Yun.

Appearance:  Buds and leaves together form a flower-like shape, bright green in colour.

 

太平猴魁

产地: 安徽省黄山市新明、龙门、三口一带。

干茶: 扁平挺直，两叶抱芽，自然舒展，全身披白毫。

汤色: 清绿明澈。

香气: 兰香高爽。“三泡四泡幽香犹存”，不耐泡的多为仿品 。

滋味: 甘醇爽口、醇厚回甘、有独特的“猴韵”。

叶底: 芽叶舒放成朵,嫩绿匀亮 。

 

EN SHI YU LU

Product region: Enshi City, Hubei Province.

Dry tea: Tight emerald green strips, round and smooth, slender and straight, shaped like pine needles, and covered with fine white hair.

Tea Liquor colour: Pale green, clear, and bright.

Aroma: Long and lasting.

Taste: Mellow and refreshing.

Appearance: Smooth, tender, and bright.

 

恩施玉露

产地: 湖北省恩施市 。

干茶: 条索紧圆光滑、纤细挺直形似松针、白毫显露、匀净、色泽苍翠绿润。

汤色: 嫩绿、清澈明亮。

香气: 清香持久。

滋味: 鲜爽醇和。 

叶底: 嫩匀明亮 。

 

BI LUO CHUN

Product region: Taihu Dongting Mountain, Suzhou city, Jiangsu Province, China.

Dry tea leaves: Silver buds visible, with one leaf and one bud. Leaves are curved, turquoise in colour, and covered with fine white hair.

Tea Liquor colour: Clear yellow green.

Aroma: Fresh, mild, and elegant.

Taste: Sweet and refreshing.

Appearance: Big buds with small smooth soft green leaves.

 

碧螺春

产地: 江苏省苏州市太湖洞庭山。

干茶: 碧螺春银芽显露,一叶一芽,叶为卷曲形、青绿色；芽为白毫,即小绒毛为白色。

汤色: 汤色黄绿清澈。

香气: 清香淡雅 。

滋味: 鲜爽甘醇。

叶底: 芽大叶小，嫩绿柔匀。

XIHU LONG JING

Product region: Shifeng, Longjing, Wuyunshan, Hupao with in Xihu Lake areas, Hangzhou city, Zhejiang Province.

Dry tea leaves: Flat and straight, smooth and uniform.

Tea Liquor colour: Yellow green, clear, and bright

Aroma: Rich and delicate fragrance, quiet and not bold. The authentic West Lake Longjing product is rich and tender, with the scent of broad bean petals, specifically orchid bean.

Taste: Mellow, sweet, and fresh.

Appearance: Big buds with small, soft, and smooth green leaves.

 

西湖龙井

产地: 浙江省杭州市西湖的狮峰、龙井、五云山、虎跑一带。

干茶: 干茶扁而平直光滑匀整。

汤色: 呈黄録色、清澈明亮。

香气: 馥郁清香，幽而不俗。正宗西湖龙井品之馥郁鲜嫩，隐有蚕豆瓣的香味，即兰花豆香。

滋味: 醇厚、甘和、鲜爽。

叶底: 芽芽直立、细嫩成朵 。

DU YUN MAO JIAN

Product region: Tuanshan, Shaojiao, Dachi in periphery of Duyun City, Guizhou Province.

Dry tea leaves: The shape is even, the strips are curly and slender, emerald green in colour, and covered with fine white hair.

Tea Liquor colour: Bright yellow green.

Aroma: Fresh and refreshing.

Taste: Full-bodied and fresh with a sweet aftertaste.

Appearance: Fat buds in green with tones of yellow.

 

都匀毛尖

产地: 贵州省都匀市的团山、哨脚、大持一带。

干茶: 外形匀整，条索卷曲纤细,身披白毫,色泽翠绿。

汤色: 黄绿明亮。

香气: 鲜嫩清爽。

滋味: 醇和鲜浓,回味甘甜。低质的都匀毛尖往往一泡后即荡然无味 。

叶底: 绿中显黄、芽头肥壮。

HUANGSHAN MAO FENG

Product region: Huangshan, Shexian, and Xiuning in Anhui Province. 

Dry tea leaves: The shape is delicate and slightly curled, like a sparrow’s tongue, with fine white hair, and buds like spikes.

Tea Liquor colour: Clear blue and light yellow. 

Aroma: Rich and similar to the smell of orchids.

Taste: Fresh and mellow, with sweet aftertaste. The high-quality ones taste rich, mellow, and sweet after brewing, while the imitations taste bitter and light.

Appearance: The bottom of the leaf is yellow and green, and shaped like flowers.

 

黄山毛峰

产地: 安徽省黄山、歙县、休宁一带。

干茶: 外形细嫩稍卷，形状像“雀舌”，白毫显露,芽似“尖峰”。

汤色: 清碧微黄。

香气: 香气如兰，韵味馥郁。

滋味: 甘醇鲜爽，回味甘甜。其中优质黄山毛峰冲泡后滋味鲜浓、醇厚、甘甜，而仿品黄山毛峰味苦涩、淡薄。 

叶底: 叶底黄绿鲜嫩，均匀成朵。
