LI CHUAN GONG FU HONG CHA

Product region: Lichuan City, Hubei Province.

Dry tea leaves: The appearance is tight and fine, slightly curved, covered with golden hairs, and the colour is black and waxy.

Tea Liquor colour: Bright red colour like agate.

Aroma: Highly fresh and clean with tender sweetness.

Taste: Deep and refreshing.

Appearance: Tender and even with bright red.

 

利川工夫红茶

产地: 湖北省利川市。

干茶: 外形紧细有金毫，略显弯曲，色泽乌黑油润。

汤色: 红艳明亮、色泽似玛瑙。

香气: 高鲜嫩甜、纯正。

滋味: 鲜厚鲜爽。

叶底: 嫩匀、红艳明亮。

DIAN HONG GONG FU

Product region: Fengqing, Linlun, Baoshan, Xishuangbanna, Honghe, and other places in Yunnan Province.

Dry tea leaves: Tight strips, the buds and leaves are plump and golden, and the colour is black and waxy.

Tea Liquor colour: Bright red.

Aroma: Highly fresh and long-lasting floral fragrance. The best ones are from Yunxian county, Fengqing, and Changning in the west Yunnan tea region.

Taste: Mellow and convergent.

Appearance: Evenly ruddy bright with fine golden hair.

 

滇红工夫

产地: 云南省凤庆、临沦、保山、西双版纳、红河等地。干茶:条索紧结，芽叶肥壮金毫显露，色泽乌黑油润。

汤色: 鲜红明亮。

香气: 鲜郁高长，尤以滇西茶区的云县,凤庆和昌宁出产的香气最佳、清香高长且带着淡淡的花香。

滋味: 醇厚、具有收敛性。

叶底: 红润匀亮、金毫特显。

 

QI MEN HONG CHA

Product region: Qimen, Anhui Province, Dongzhi, Guichi, Shitai, and Jinxian in Anhui Province and Fuliang in Jiangxi Province.

Dry tea leaves: The measuring strip is tight, slender and long, with a dark waxy colour, commonly known known as Baoguang.

Tea Liquor colour: Red and bright with golden rings.

Aroma: Long -lasting fragrance, like sweet honey, with a hint of orchids.

Taste: Rich and fresh.

Appearance: Bright red, delicate, and even.

 

祁门红茶

产地: 安徽省祁门、东至、贵池、石台、筋县以及江西的浮梁一带。

干茶: 量条索紧细秀长、色泽乌润俗称“宝光。

汤色: 红艳明亮，有黄金圈。

香气: 馥郁持久、似蜜糖香、又蕴藏有兰花香。

滋味: 浓醇鲜突。假茶一般带有人工色素,味苦涩、淡薄

叶底: 红亮、细嫩、匀齐 。

YING HONG GONG FU

Product region: Yingde City, Guangdong Province.

Dry tea leaves: Dark solid strips with fine golden hair.

Tea Liquor colour: Bright red.

Aroma: Deep and rich.

Taste: Refreshing.

Appearance: Bright red, delicate, and smooth.

 

英红工夫

产地: 广东省英德市。

干茶: 外形成条、重实、色泽乌润、金毫显现。

汤色: 红艳。

香气: 浓郁。

滋味: 口感鲜爽。

叶底: 红亮、细嫩、匀齐。

JIN JUN MEI

Product region: Wuyi Mountain, Fujian Province.

Dry tea leaves: Thin and tight, slightly curved, alternating black and yellow, with golden yellow undertones.

Tea Liquor colour: Normally, golden yellow. Clear and bright orange regarded as top quality while cloudy dark red as inferior.

Aroma: Full-bodied, fruity, honey, flower, yam, and other comprehensive fragrance.

Taste: Sweet and smooth.

Appearance: Bud points of top-quality ones are bright and bronze in colour. Reddish brown ones are regarded as inferior.

 

金骏眉

产地: 福建省武夷山。

干茶: 细瘦紧结, 稍显弯曲, 黑黄相间,透着金黄色。

汤色: 呈金黄色、以橙黄、清澈、明亮为上品；以红、浊、暗色为次品。

香气: 浓郁、似为果、蜜、花、薯等综合香型。

滋味: 清甜滑口。

叶底: 芽尖鲜亮, 呈古铜色的为上品；红褐色的为次品。
