Virtual Exhibition | Commencing late November 2022

The Chinese Museum, in conjunction with The Arts Collective is currently calling for visual art submissions from Chinese tertiary students in Australia, and/or China for the exhibition, Through Time and Space.

Through Time and Space

The challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic over the last 2 years has reshaped our perceptions of time and space. But this is a reality experienced even more so by overseas students who travelled vast distances to study in a foreign place.

To capture the creative evolutions of artists over this period of change, the Chinese Museum is staging an exhibition of 50 works from visual arts students of Chinese heritage who are currently attending, or have graduated from an Australian tertiary institution (including off-campus students and graduates who are located in China).

The exhibition will be launched in Beijing at the Australian Embassy and at the Chinese Museum in Melbourne in November 2022.
