DONG DING WU LONG

Product region: Lugu Township, Nantou County, Taiwan Province.

Dry tea leaves: Dark green or sand green, bright and waxy, curly and hemispherical strips that are tight and solid.

Tea Liquor colour: Golden and bright.

Aroma: Long-lasting fragrance with hints of Osmanthus and caramel.

Taste: Sweet and mellow with strong aftertaste. Authentic Dongding Wulong tea has a full throat rhyme and a roasted flavour.

Appearance: Evenly shaped light green with light red edges.

 

冻顶乌龙

产地: 台湾省南投县鹿谷乡。

干茶: 外形卷曲、呈半球形、条索紧结重实,色泽墨绿或带砂绿,油润鲜艳。

汤色: 金黄明亮。

香气: 清香持久,有桂花香和焦糖香。

滋味: 多甘醇浓、回甘强,。正宗的冻顶乌龙茶喉韵十足，带有明显的人工焙火韵味。

叶底: 淡绿,匀整、绿叶带浅红边。

 

FENG HUANG DAN CONG

Product region: Fenghuang Town, Chaoan County Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province.

Dry tea leaves: Fat, even, and straight strips that are waxy and yellowish brown with cinnabar red dots.

Tea Liquor colour: Golden and bright.

Aroma: Subtle, sweet, and floral.

Taste: When drinking, it can be divided into three mouthfuls. The tea liquor has a unique natural orchid fragrance.

Appearance: Green leaves with yellow centre and vermilion edges.

 

凤凰单枞

产地: 广东省潮州市潮安县凤凰镇。

干茶: 外形条索肥壮，匀整挺直，色泽黄褐油润，并有朱砂红点。

汤色: 汤色金黄、清激明亮。

香气: 独特的天然兰花香。

滋味: 天然兰花香, 品饮时可分三口进行。

叶底: 边缘朱红,叶腹黄亮，有“绿叶红镶边”的特点。

 

FENG HUANG SHUI XIAN

Product region: Fenghuang Mountain, Chaoan County, Guangdong Province.

Dry tea leaves: Yellow brown like eel’s skin in colour. Waxy, fat, and straight strips.

Tea Liquor colour: Orange yellow, limpid, and with golden ring.

Aroma: Long lasting with natural floral scent. High quality Fenghuang Shuixian tea remains fragrant after multiple infusions.

Taste: Mellow and sweet aftertaste.

Appearance: Fat and soft leaves with bright yellow centre and vermilion edges.

 

凤凰水仙

产地: 广东省潮安县风凰山区。

干茶: 条索挺直肥大,色泽黄褐,呈鳝鱼皮色,油润有光。

汤色: 橙黄清澈,沿碗壁显金黄色圈。

香气: 香气持久,有天然花香。优质凤凰水仙茶冲泡后香味持久、耐泡。

滋味: 醇爽回甘。

叶底: 肥厚柔软，边缘朱红，叶腹黄亮。

AN XI TIE GUAN YIN

Product region: Anxi County, Fujian Province.

Dry tea leaves: Curly and tight, like a dragonfly head, sand green strips.

Tea Liquor colour: Golden to almost clear and iridescent.

Aroma: Persistent fragrance. After brewing high quality Tieguanyin, the aroma is elegant like orchids with a hint of sweet honey.

Taste: Sweet with honey aftertaste.

Appearance: Fat, bright, and glossy.

 

安溪铁观音

产地: 福建省安溪县。

干茶: 条索卷曲壮结、像蜻蜓头,色泽鲜润,砂绿明显。

汤色: 金黄色到几乎清晰和彩色

香气: 回甘带蜜味。馥郁持久。优质铁观音冲泡后，香气高雅如兰花微带蜂蜜的甜香。

滋味: 香甜, 回甘带蜜味。

叶底: 肥厚明亮，具稠面光泽。

WU YI DA HONG PAO

Product region: Wuyi Mountain, Fujian Province.

Dry tea leaves: Greenish brown tight strips.

Tea Liquor colour: Orange red or orange yellow, limpid, and bright.

Aroma: Long-lasting with orchid fragrance.

Taste: Mellow and long-lasting. Even after nine infusions, authentic Wuyi Da Hong Pao still retain its "rock rhyme", while fake ones lose their taste after just three infusions.

Appearance: Evenly bright, vermilion edges, yellowish green central mesophyll, and pale yellow veins.

 

武夷大红袍

产地:福建省武夷山。

干茶: 条索紧结，色泽绿褐鲜润。

汤色: 橙红或橙黄，清澈明亮。

香气: 郁持持久有兰花香。

滋味: 甘泽清醇，齿颊留香、经久不散。正宗的武夷大红袍可以连续九泡仍有“岩韵”，赝品一般三泡后就没味儿了

叶底: 匀亮，边缘朱红，中央叶肉呈黄绿色，叶脉呈浅黄色。

TIE LUO HAN

Product region: Wuyi Mountain, Fujian Province.

Dry tea leaves: Tight and strong green brown strips.

Tea Liquor colour: Bright red orange.

Aroma: It is fragrant and persistent with orchid scent. Resistant to brewing, retains aroma even after seven or eight infusions.

Taste: Strong and mellow, with obvious "rock rhyme” characteristics.

Appearance: Soft and reddish. Green leaves with red edges.

 

铁罗汉

产地: 福建省武夷山。

干茶: 条索匀整壮结，色泽绿褐。

汤色: 橙红明亮。

香气: 馥郁持久。有兰花香;耐冲泡，冲泡7-8次后仍有香味。

滋味: 浓醇、有明显的“岩韵”特征。

叶底: 软亮微红。叶片红绿相间，具有典型的“绿叶镇红边”之美感。
