How to Book

Join us on these two special festival days where the whole family can take part in traditional Mid-Autumn festivities!

Included in your Museum Admission:

Autumn moon exhibition and live festivities:

35-minute sessions commencing at 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm

  • Introductory talk on the meaning of Mid-Autumn Festival
  • Mooncake-making demonstration
  • Riddle guessing 

No booking required however you need to be there at the start of the session as doors close once session commences.

Lantern Making ($5 per lantern making kit) 10am-4pm daily.

Children and their parents can make and take home their own Autumn Moon Lantern.

Just walk in, subject to venue capacity.

Rabbit Face Mask Colouring (free) 10am - museum closing time.

Find out about the story of the White Rabbit and how he fits into the Autumn Moon Festival. Colour-in, assemble, and take home your own White Rabbit face mask!
