This digital program allows students to visit the Chinese Museum from their classroom. Explore the reasons Chinese people first migrated to Australia, and some of the contributions they have made to this multicultural country that we live in. Facilitated via WebEx, the program features video of the Chinese Museum collection and includes drawing and writing activities. A fun worksheet provided for students to consolidate their adventure. Focus areas: Early Australian history - Gold Rush of the 1850s and, Immigration and Multiculturalism.

Thank you so much for the experience yesterday.
