The exquisite folk-art of paper cutting dates back to the invention of paper in the Han Dynasty. This workshop covers basic techniques and includes cultural information about the use of paper cuts to symbolise luck and happiness at festivals and celebrations. Students will make and keep their own beautifully framed paper cut.
