In this hands-on craft workshop students will learn about the importance, myths, and origins of the Chinese dragon. Students will make their own dragon stick puppet to take home 

Recommended Year Levels: Primary School Levels 1-6 & Secondary School Levels Year 7/8

Combine your Dragon Puppet Workshop with a one-hour fully guided Chinese Museum School Tour experience, where students can explore the permanent collection of The Chinese Museum, view how dragons are depicted in Chinese cultural objects, as well as have the opportunity to view and walk alongside the Millennium Dragon that comes out for the Chinese New Year parade.
