Customizable, age-appropriate content, the practice of Kung Fu aims to achieve physical, mental, and spiritual harmony. Emphasis is on discipline and respect for oneself and others. The content of this program is relevant for learning in the areas of Intercultural Understanding and Health and Physical Education. Facilitated by our much-loved and experienced Chief Martial Arts Instructor: Sifu Damien alongside his assistant, Emma Carr, Women Self-defence Instructor & Health and Fitness Coach.
