Levels: 1-6  

Overview: If you saw merit in the recent ABC screening of 'The School That Tried to End Racism', this hands-on program empowers primary students to minimise the effects of bullying and discrimination by resolving conflict in positive ways. Students will create an origami chatterbox, showcasing 4 powerful values: empathy, respect, resilience, and fairness. Using the principles of martial arts, students will recognise and respect different ways of thinking and interacting. They will be encouraged to reflect upon their intercultural experiences and take responsibility for their behaviour.  

Minimum: 100 students per session (students will be divided into small groups)  

Program options:  

1) Introduction = Limited time special price $10.50 per student (normally $14)  
2) Package: Introduction + Advanced Session = Limited time special price $21 per student (normally $28). Students will also receive a Certificate of Participation.
