Mid-Autumn Festival Artworks by Nancy Liang
This set of five prints has been specially created for the Chinese Museum by artist Nancy Liang to celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival 2022. Artist Nancy Liang has combined elements of digital collage with the textures of ink on paper to evoke the subtle and variegated moods that accompany Moon Festival evenings, as they are traditionally celebrated. Nancy approached the creation of each artwork by first carefully weighing the meanings of each riddle combination with her calligraphy master.
